how-to
When FAQ helps donations
A streamer FAQ helps when viewers have a question before clicking: whether payment is safe, whether card payment works, or what donations support.
P36 should not replace the donation page. It should remove uncertainty before the click and send the viewer to one clear CTA.
Step 1: choose friction questions
Start with three questions: how payment works, whether BLIK/card is available, and what the viewer gets after support.
Do not add a full rules page. FAQ should support the CTA as a module, not become a separate knowledge base.
Step 2: set the CTA module
After the answers, add one button or link to the donation page with `source_post_id=P36` and `faq-cta` intent.
Test variant A with CTA below the FAQ and variant B with CTA after each answer. The guardrail is no readability loss and no link overload.
What to put in the P36 readout
In the readout, compare FAQ CTR, CTA clicks, checkout starts, and viewer comments about payment trust.
If FAQ improves CTR, keep the module in the profile and reuse the strongest questions in Twitch, YouTube, or Kick descriptions.
Häufige Fragen
Can a streamer FAQ increase donation clicks?
Yes, if it answers real doubts before the click and leads to one clear CTA, not a list of links.
How many questions should an FAQ module have?
Start with three to five. Payment safety, payment methods, and reason for support are enough.
What CTA test should run after P36?
Compare CTA below the whole FAQ with CTA after each answer. The winner has better CTR without readability loss.
